Uncle Henry delivers on bold flavors and satisfying portions. The noodles are perfectly cooked, packed with a rich, savory sauce, and paired with tender meat and fresh vegetables. A top-notch spot for those craving quality stir-fry in Denver.

Some of the most authentic Chinese food you will find in the area, and dang is it good! Uncle Henry is my go to spot for whenever I don't want to cook. They have a large menu with so many tasty options. My go to favorites are the salt and pepper tofu (comes with white rice), beef chow fun with black bean sauce (if you've never had black bean sauce, that's a shame, and you need to order this dish stat), all things duck and char siu (pork). If you're used to dishes like sweet and sour chicken and fried rice, they have you covered too. We love that Uncle Henry is a local business that is family run. You'll find the owners cooking and answering the phone, which is almost unheard of for most restaurants. The owners are also just all around amazing humans. Go check out Uncle Henry if you haven't already because you're missing out.

This restaurant is close until April 1st, 2025. Came for dinner, unfortunately they are closed. Probably they are celebrating Chinese new year.

The food is awesome - BBQ is yummy yummy - shrimp w/black bean sauce and the Seafood Crispy Noodles are killer -- if you get turned off from eating on paper plates , don't show up and miss it all

Wowowow! Just tried Uncle Henry for the first time and will definitely be a regular. Love all the new restaurants in Denver, but have been craving traditional food and this place does not disappoint. We got the three meat combo (big quality portions for such a cheap price), shrimp wonton soup (HUGE wontons in a thin and delectable wrapper. The broth was clear but packed so much depth of flavor), mayo shrimp (called honey walnut shrimp at other places, but so much better because the shrimps were huge and fresh), and salt and pepper fried fish fillets (so tender and flavorful, despite it being called just salt n pepper). The owners are incredibly sweet people. We talked about the love for traditional Cantonese cuisisnes and they let us know that the meat is roasted everyday and the wontons are made to order to keep their delicate texture.

No frills, but fast, served fresh and hot, great portion size and reasonable prices. Know your order before going up to the counter.

Tried Uncle Henry with some friends for lunch and we split a couple dishes. Everything was super tasty! We ordered crispy salt and pepper tofu, vegan, sesame chicken with broccoli, and shrimp dumpling soup. This place is homestyle Cantonese food. The interior is small and there's only a couple tables. This is a good place for a casual meal or to grab some takeout. They specialize in Chinese bbq. We didn't try any this time, but it looked delicious. They roast duck and pork in house. 10/10, I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. They have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

I adore the Delicious Tasty family ran establishment. I wish they were open on Wednesday's because it's one of our eat out nights, but we usually get takeout on Fridays from here. Everything is delicious and we've tried 90% of the menu. Our fav is salt pepper por rib, CB chow-fun w/bean sauce, dry chow-fun, all the fried rice Especially the Duck fried rice! The saliva chicken is super good but the name is not very appealing my hubby said. Lol The chinese donuts are like mini malasadas and tasty, Their 3 meat choice w rice combo is soo huge and I like the fried pork belly. I usually save these as left over and make it crispy in air fryer second day. You really can't go wrong with Anything and the place is Very affordable and large portions. Oh and the chicken wings are soo crunchy and crispy goodness. It's a small place but well enough seating area to munch a little and take our order home. We usually order 5-6 dishes because I love lefty's. This place is soo good I'm salivating as I write this.

Did the food live up to all the other positive reviews below me? Yes, I do believe that it does. I called in a takeout order on a Friday night and they estimated a half hour wait. The food was ready when we arrived. My favorite was the Singapore noodles; they were a flavor explosion. The wontons were delicious too with plenty of filling. All the food tasted fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. It was a special experience to be able to order 1/2 duck. We'll be returning!

I finally got the try Uncle Henry and it was delicious and this is worth the drive. It feels like a real Cantonese Hong Kong bbq restaurant with the duck displayed. Next time, I'll need to try the 3 meat combo plate. It looks so good. But we ordered the sesame chicken, chowfun, and the salt and pepper chicken wings. The wings were super flavorful. There's enough seasoning to it and you can taste it with each bite. The crunch is so satisfying. If you want a drink, I highly recommend the honey jasmine tea. That was our favorite. Staff is super friendly. There's lot of seating options available. Food comes out relatively quick. Overall, fantastic meal especially if you're craving Cantonese cuisine and you live up north.
